Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

STAY L.I.T.T. In Life offers a straightforward shipping policy to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for our customers.

• Domestic Shipping (U.S. + Canada): We ship within the United States and Canada via standard shipping carriers. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination.​

• Our candles are all handcrafted. Orders are shipped out 3-4 business after your order has been processed.

• Stay L.I.T.T. In Life is not responsible for any shipping delays due to postal service turnaround.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

• Sorry currently we are not shipping international.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped.

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Stay L.I.T.T. In Life within 7 days of delivery. 

You may exchange  your unused product within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.

 

INITIATE AN EXCHANGE

 

Within 14 days of your order, please send an email to monica@staylittllc.com with an exchange request, letting us know the reason for your exchange. Once your exchange is approved we will send you the return address.

*Please do not send your products to the return address on your shipping label. Please be sure that your package is returned using the box, bubble, foam and/or paper that it was packed in or something similar. Be sure that the candles are protected and packed securely so that they arrive in good condition. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns, please save tracking information.

 

Otherwise, returns are not accepted.
